Chick Pea Rice.
Ingredients
- Rice.
- Chick peas.
- Onion.
- Ginger.
- Garlic.
- Chilli powder.
- Turmeric.
- cumin seed.
- clove.
- cardamom.
- Garam masala.
- oil.
- salt
Recipe
- Boil the chick peas and rinse and dry
- Cut the onion into the small pieces
- Put the pot on the oven and when its warm enough we need to put the oil in it.
- Then we need to put the onion into the oil and when it is brown in colour then, put all the masala into it then mixed with the helps of spoon on it.
- After that when the good smell is coming over then we need to put the chick peas and rice into it and fry for about 10 -15 minutes,with covering and with the low heat.
- After that we need to put the water on it, it is depending on the food how much we are cooking and let it be covered on it.
- At the last put some water and tears and apply little heat and let it be cooked for 10 -15 minutes.
