Check this beautiful food out!

Cross-cultured food is what Australia is all about, and MSK on Monday night was a plate of mixed delight!

MSK has never had the opportunity to do some home-baking before. But, with the newly purchased portable oven's,

our bake-off began!

Most of the MSK participants ravelled in the process of turning their traditional curries into a good'old Aussie-pie!

I impressed the crew, with an old aussie favorite; Smoked Salmon, cream cheese & chive quiche.

A Torre Strait special of Snapper Numous was pickled to a sweet'n'sour tastes, which laid on a bed of

crispy lettuce and plainly cook basmati rice. Our choice of Vegetable pies or Chicken curry pies,

was as I had said, 'A plate of delight'!

It was such an enjoyable session....Thankyou!
