The first gathering was like a reality-tv show; ' Ready-Steady-Cook' episode! With all hands on deck, my groceries shopping bags were poured out &, well managed into 3 beautiful traditional curries. With Sandra driving the helm and, everybody having her vital ingredient ready, for her when needed & Yaqub assisting, making an execellant sous-chef!

Prawn & fresh tomato currie, Whole egg & potato currie, & lastly for the main course's a wonderfully tasty tumeric-vegetable stir-fry. All traditionally accompanied with cocnut rice.

For a crowd pleasing sweetish finish, some rather grabbing Indian-style pancakes were whipped up too. They consisted of a thick batter, freshly picked thinly sliced green banana's, heavily sprinkled with crushed palm sugar to caramalized with the drizzled butter in the pan and, topped with generous covering of cardomon spice....Mmmmm

Alison's drama activities were a hit with the kiddie's....making it a fun family environment for all.

Looking forward to next-weeks class, already!

Hope to see you there....remember if you know someone who could benefit from such a welcoming gathering like MSK, please bring them down or, spread the MSK word, through our community!
