WOW... What a great MSK to finish the year off on! There were moments I looked around the room, and thought that, 'this is what it's all about!'. New faces, old friends & vibrantly fresh produce! (except for the pumpkin!) The multicultural menu left everybody finding a culinary task to their ability, or if not, a simple delegation's of knife and vegetable action was swiftly communicated.....and the prep, cooking & cleaning flowed with laughter.

Nepalese Dahl and, Cauliflower curry was our stable aromatic mains. While our Burmese tasty battered vegetables with a sweetly chillied & kiffa limed dipping sauce, was complimenting everything in our mouth sensors. A freshly grilled Thai calamari on a platter of crunchy salad, also made the end of year dinner for us complete.  Thou, just when we thought nothing else could be devoured, then out presented our little atomically green hand-made Indonesian desserts.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take photo's of us sitting down to eat & our new beautiful table cloth's.

Next-year, the first MSK will recommence on 9th-Jan. Which will include a weekly bus pick-up & drop off from Woolies in Nightcliff. Also, every-week there will be activities for kids to participate in at MSK.

Let the festive celebration leave every-body happy & safe.
