MSK My Sisters's Kitchen.

The team work of married couple Sandar & Yacob was typical and comical. Yacob is MSK token male employee who's passion for hospitality is infectious, his hard working gets everybody helping, and Sandar his wife is a very passionate dedicated MSK participant.

We helped them prepare some very traditional Burmese curries, from a tasty Jackfruit Curry, also an very light and interesting Banana Flower Curry. The Currie's were complimented with my favorite of Coconut Rice. A scrumptious batch of Pumpkin Broth was made, with a delightful vibrance of fresh pumpkin leaves soaking up the warmth of the broth extracted prue goodness into our stomachs!

We also harvested some freah basil from the garden to make a prefect authentic Pesto to distribute between us, then managed to experiment by clearing out our spice pantry by making a very sweet & spicey Dakar for us to dabble some freah loaf of bread, and oil in! Yum!

Nextweek will be very exciting to be a participant.....Flavors from India will be our guest, at the MSK Long Table. Come join us for the feast and laughter!
