Onion Pakhora

Ingredients

  • chickpea flour
  • onion slices
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • oil

Recipe

  1. Cut the onion into small slices and keep on the tray.
  2. Put the water into the flour and mix it too much and leave it for 3-4 minutes. It will become soft and after that add salt and turmeric powder and mix it up  than it becomes more soft and yellow in colour.
  3. Put the cooking pot on the oven and put in the oil.
  4. When it is very hot then we should  be ready to cook it with the help of spoon or hand we have to put little by little.

We will make beautiful food.
