Spicy Potato Curry (by Bhakti Mainaly)

Ingredients

  • salt
  • potato
  • tomato
  • onion
  • oil
  • cumin seed
  • chilli
  • coriander
  • ginger
  • garlic

Recipe

  1. Boil the potato nearly 7 minutes then we need to drain out, peel off the skin and cut it into equal four pieces.
  2. Wash  all the other ingredients and cut into small pieces.
  3. Put the pot on the oven, turn the oven on and when the pot is hot enough than put the oil, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, chilli, cumin seed, tomato,salt and fry  for some time. When it is half cooked  put the potato and mix  all the ingredients. Cook for ten minutes.
  4. Mix all the items again and cover the pot with the lid, take off from the oven and  let it cool down for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. At the last sharing and eating now cooking is finished.
