Sabji (Nepali veg with hot spices)submitted by Chandra & Menuka

Ingredients

  • oil
  • onion
  • garlic
  • chillies
  • turmeric powder
  • cumin seed
  • potato
  • peas
  • tomato
  • cabbage.

Recipe

  1. Boil the peas for fifteen minutes and after that dryed it .
  2. Cut the potato and cabbage into the same size and  and washed it
  3. Put the pot on the oven and make warm and put in the oil. When it become very hot than we need to put the  onion, garlic, chilli and mix up
  4. Covered  with the lid for four minutes and after that open it and again mix it up and add litle water, turmeric ground, cumin seed, chilli. Mix it up and again cover the lid of the pot and cook for  five minutes
  5. Open the lid and see it and  and if you need  add some water or if it is cooked take out of the  oven and keep it aside.

It is hot and salty
