Nepali Roti

Ingredients

  1. rice flour + paddy flour
  2. sugar
  3. yoghurt
  4. baking soda
  5. cardamon powder
  6. butter
  7. banana
  8. oil
  1. Mix both the flours.
  2. Add  sugar,yoghurt , baking soda, cardamon powder butter and mix.
  3. Add some water  and again mix it. At the first put the little water and little sugar. Amount of sugar depends  on person to person,  some people eat lots of sugar but some doesn't like it .
  4. Again put the little water in the mixture and make the mixture  semi liquid.
  5. Put the pot on the oven and add the oil and heat the oil to maximum tempurature.
  6. Pour approximately half a cup of roti liquid into hot fat and cook until brown.

Nepali bread is oily and sweet in taste. This food can be kept for the long time.Warning -  the oil is in maximum temperature - don't keep the child near by and don't put the water near the cooking of the sail.
