Ingredients
- Rice
- Milk
- Sugar
- Cardamon ground
- Peanut
- Dried apricot wholi
Recipe
- Put the pot on the oven and put the milk in the pot and boil the milk
- Wash the rice and dry the rice
- When the milk is boiled put the rice slowly into the milk and mix the rice with the milk by using the big spoon.
- Decrease the heat of the oven ,we need to check times and again.
- Mix the sugar, ground cardamon, peanut and dried apricot wholi ( it should be grinding into very small dust).
- Nepali Pudding is sweet and good smell . It take longer time to cook then the simple rice.
