Spanish Paella - submitted by Kevin at the Fringe Festival, August 2009

  1. Fry rice & onions in olive oil  in a pan.
  2. Cover the rice with water
  3. Let cook for a while.
  4. Add pieces of chicken.
  5. Add mussels and prawns.
  6. Add fresh garlic, salt & pepper.
  7. Add calamari.
  8. Let cook slowly and long time.
